A fun book I read to review. I don't know what the cover art will be, but I couldn't resist my own take. I wanted a hint of mermaids without being too mallet-to-your-face about it.
Here's two quite different concept pieces for a friend's dark fantasy. In the first one, I emphasized the female lead, who is a belly dancer. The second one shows the male lead, and the demons haunting him, urging him to rape, that he struggles to resist. The whole mood of the cover is darker, more like a horror or dark fantasy.

I prefer the first one, but then, I'm not a big horror fan. Which one captures the novel best? I'm not sure. Probably, I need to go back to the drawing board on this one....

A sweet Western Romance. To be honest, I had a hard time getting this one right. I'm still not sure I did. I had to do the drawing from scratch on this one, and my hand drawing skills just aren't as good as I'd like.

Here's the original sketch:

Quite different, as you can see. The author said the heroine was too pretty and feminine, and could I make her more plain. She wanted her in pants, not a skirt, not such a fancy hair-do. Hence the changes.

A simple 70s style cover. Front and back. The selling point is the author's name; in this case, the renowned Author Name.
